Amendment of terms: These Terms are subject to change at any time, It is advised you check back regularly in the case of any amendments.
Payment: We accept Cash Or Debit/Credit Card Payment for valeting services, Payment to be made upon completion of the work.
Prior to any valet service or appointment all personal belongings should be removed from the vehicle, this includes child seat(s) & seat covers. The boot should also be emptied.
Custom Valets do not accept any liability, for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle whilst being valeted.
Because our service is mobile, we may refuse to work if your vehicle is parked on a busy road or somewhere where we cannot work safely.
If your vehicle has any bodily fluids, mud, mould, paint or heavily soiled with pet hair we ask you make us aware prior to booking. If we are presented with any of the above, your car will have to be requoted and possibly rescheduled. If a deposit has been paid or appointment paid in full, we may not be able to issue a refund.
Custom Valets reserves the right to charge each vehicle cost according to the condition presented to us.
Custom Valets reserve the right to alter or move your booking due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances if no sheltered work area is available.
Your appointment can be rescheduled, if rescheduled 48 hours before your scheduled booking. If you fail to attend, (no show) or cancel on the day of the booking, we reserve the right to charge a 50% fee for fuel/admin, or time lost.
Timings: Estimated times of arrival and Service completion may be provided, these are only estimates. We do not guarantee that work will be completed within the estimated times.
Engine Bay Cleaning: The Valeters will take no responsibility for any damage caused by washing the engine bay compartment.
Please note we do take picture(s) of your vehicle for social media purposes, if you do not want your vehicle on social media, it is your duty to inform us.
